What are your views regarding these microgreens? Are these अभक्ष्य or not?

Micro greens, or any leafy vegetables for that matter, are avoided in Jain Food, but not purely अभक्ष, they are प्रतिष्ठत प्रत्येक वनस्पति, as in, they have infinite एकिंद्रिय micro organisms in them, so its totally upto you, आपको कितना ज्यादा जीव दया का पालन करना है।
